The parade order for Special Group nights has been announced by LIESA, the organizing league of Special Group Samba Schools. The order for Access Group parades is announced by LIERJ, the governing body for Access Groups.

The glory of the victory is judged by a group of 50 judges. The overseas sightseers and the other visitors are also given the chance to participate in the parade and the dance. They can also dress up in elegant garments. They dance across the roads and enjoy by singing the songs of samba. Every person is found singing and dancing showing professionalism. Samba School Champion’s Parade

The top six Samba Schools of the Special Group are invited back to the Sambadrome on Saturday for the Champion’s Parade. This parade is a favorite among cariocas (Rio de Janeiro locals) and you’ll feel at home witnessing the parade among your new friends.The Champion’s Parade is a night full of emotion and fun. The intensity of the competition has passed with the judging phase of Rio Carnival long gone. This is the night where the creme de la creme of Rio de Janeiro’s Samba Schools march proud in triumph, making everyone wonder what’s in store for next year’s Special Group Sambadrome Parades.

Carnival Parade at Sambodromo

At most two 500ml plastic containers with beverages and two items of food, such as fruit and/or sandwich. Objects made of polystyrene, bottles, glasses, firecrackers and fireworks are strictly forbidden. A discardable raincoat should be considered for the eventuality of a summer shower. Umbrellas are not a good idea, as they can easily get in the way of other people’s view of the parade. At the Sambódromo there are shops and fast food kiosks in all sectors.
